These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Posture AI and provide information about the Posture AI service, outlined below. When you create a Posture AI account or use Posture AI, you agree to these terms.

Service Provider
Posture AI is built by The Wellness Company, Inc, located in Toronto, ON.

Using Posture AI
You must be at least 13 years old to use Posture AI. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that:

(a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from Posture AI; and (c) your registration and your use of Posture AI comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

B. Posture AI Accounts: Your account on Posture AI gives you access to the services and functionality we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. You may never use another user’s account without permission.

C. User Content: You retain your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Posture AI. However, by submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through Posture AI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

(i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of Posture AI in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”;

(ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access Posture AI in a manner that sends more request messages to the Posture AI servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional online web browser;

(iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email;

(iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers.

Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Wellness Company, Inc. and its licensors. Posture AI, the Posture AI logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Posture AI or our services are trademarks or registered trademarks of The Wellness Company Inc.'s licensors.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
